Respecting each other’s time is important. When you book an appointment, you’re reserving a specific amount of time with your stylist, and cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance make it difficult, if not impossible, to fill that time slot. While I understand that life happens and emergencies come up, I kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice before canceling, rescheduling, or adjusting your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of the originally scheduled service to the card on file.

Please also note that if you arrive 10 minutes or more late, this will be considered a late arrival and will result in a 50% charge for the original service.

Definitions (within the 48-hour window):

• Late Arrival: Arriving 10 minutes or more after your scheduled appointment time without 48 hours’ notice will result in a 50% charge.
• Canceled: If an appointment is removed from the schedule without rescheduling and less than 48 hours’ notice is given, a 50% charge will be applied.
• Rescheduled: If an appointment is rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice, a 50% charge of the original service will apply.
• Adjusted: If the service booked (e.g., full highlight and haircut) is changed without 48 hours’ notice (e.g., haircut only), this is considered an adjustment and subject to the 50% charge policy.

When you arrive at the salon, please text me at 937.609.9369 to let me know you’re here. In your confirmation or reminder email, click the link to find the updated entry code. My suite number is 114. If I’m still with a client or finishing up, you can wait on the bench next to my suite or explore the nearby shops and restaurants while you wait.

You’ll also get to meet Charli, my sweet salon dog, who will be here for most services. She’s friendly and loves to greet clients, but I completely understand if you have allergies or any concerns about her being present. If you let me know at least 48 hours in advance, I can make other arrangements for Charli during your appointment.

To ensure a safe and comfortable environment at Growth and Grit Salon, we kindly ask that children do not accompany clients into the salon suite during appointments.
